Sure it works, but its only usefull against humanoids using ranged weapons cause they change posture quite often for some reason.

Awesome.. dizzy + posture change = kd ... lunge = posture change

So therefore /flurryshot and either /suppressionfire or /startleshot = KD

Strange, I haven't seen many NPC's getting knocked down [or up] with this combination !

Im a master rifleman with 0/0/0/4 marksman. I thought the flurry/suppression would be a good combo, but it has yet to yield reliable KDs. I just ditched ranged support 4, and am going to go maybe go up a fencer tree for some KD defense instead, something that i will use, and will work reliably.

"flurryshot + suppression/lunge1 = KD" ... well. sort of.

flurryshot1 will dizzy one target, flurryshot2 will AE dizzy.

suppression will and lunge1 will ATTEMPT to posture down a target. if you suppression fire an npc/player and it's successful, he will go to kneeling from standing, or prone from kneeling. it goes down one movement. same thing for lunge1.

if he is dizzy and you suppress/lunge him, the same result happens. if he waits out the dizzy and doesn't "Try" to stand (or go prone) by using the commands /prone or /stand he will not KD on his own.

in otherwords - a KD from dizzy/suppression only occurs if a npc/player attempts to change posture on purpose.

the only other way I know of to reliably KD someone without a "REAL" KD is to use flushingshot1 or 2 after a dizzy + suppressionfire/Lunge1 combo. if you successfully dizzy an npc/player, and successfullly force them to kneeling, flushing2 will garauntee a KD because it forces posture back up as if they typed /stand.

i haven't tried this with suppression fire (i don't have support line in marksman) - but it is very reliable with fencer lunge. extra style points for the Flushing KD, hehe.

/startleshot = KD

Uhhh?

I guess you didnt try that one cause there is no KD in the whole Rifelman profession.

And if you can get suppressionfire to work you should play in the lotterie or something cause it only works 5 out of 100 times.

So therefore in the *few* times that I have tested this, mostof them have not tried to move and so I have not seen the effect.

I will do some more testing with this, in case I haven't given it enough time to appear....

I use flurryshot2 frequently on faction missions... they almost always kneel or go prone, and almost always get knocked down because of it.
