I just got novice rifleman and am wondering if I should get a spd sliced T21 or damage sliced one?

Speed sliced, although I stuck with the laser rifle till I hit master pretty much.

i got one speed sliced 5.9and one damage sliced (speed 7.0)

they fired about the same rate though i wasnt very far through the rifleman tree

i'd go damage

Damage is always better, I can't understand why people don't see that. You will do the exact same damage over time, but with a speed sliced you will fire a lot more often with the same mind cost.. allowing you to deal a lot less damage. The only time a speed slice might be usefull is when you need a rifle to do flurry/posture down/snipershot with.

I use my Spraystick for speed, but thats me

Sir-john, Masseuse, Rebel ~~Scum,~~ Master Hugger/Cuddler
10,000 for regular buff job, 100,000 for total, extreme, complete Massage
Gettin' Jiggy with it since '03

This is not true, a speed slice gives you higher DPS(damage per second)and is better for levelling.

I actually have an uber CDEF rifle for stat effects. With a mind cost of 9, it's the way to go.
