Im a new rifleman but I think this is a really good one let me know how it stacks up.

Sounds pretty good to me, get you some good speed/damage power-ups and you could get it around the 225-550 w/ 6.0 spd ballpark.
i never take a slice under 30% damage
Jawa ion 212-304 no power up
Laser rifle 40-520ish

Strafe2, conceal, and surprise shots don't cap at +95 speed with a 7.2 rifle, but the DPS using these attacks with a damage slice and powerup is better than what you'd get with a speed slice and damage powerup, which would put you at the cap.
If you're not master marksman, you'd do better with a speed slice and damage powerup.
Freak, i don't know what powerups you're refering to....
Max Damage-Speed ones are gone from the game, only dmg/speed combo powerups i still see are the 33% Speed-16% Min dmg ones, which are a waste.
As far asI know, there is no way of upping Min/Max/Speed by that much.
If you were not implying all the mods in the same powerup, I apologize.
You never take a slice under 30%? What the hell, do you have a "do over" button or something?
with a 30% powerup and 33% dmg slice my 404 t21 is now 716 dmg ata 7.6 with 104 mind cost
