How does the speed mod work..i got a attackspeed-7 seconds T21 at master how fast will i fire it?

To figure out your *real* speed -

100 - (Rifle Speed Mod) x 0.01 = your "real" Rifle Speed mod. so if you are a master rifleman with +90 rifle speed, you have

100 - 90 x .01 = 0.1

To find how fast you will fire a given shot with a given rifle, find the speed multiplier for the specific shot (these are listed in the FAQ).

Off the top of my head, Headshot2 has a 1.75 speed multiplier. multiply that against the speed of the rifle you are using (my T21 is 7.2 speed), and then multiply that outcome by your *real* rifle speed.

so: a 7.2 speed rifle, times 1.75 for a headshot2, time .1 for Master Rifleman +90 rifle speed:

7.2 x 1.75 x .1 = 1.26 seconds per headshot2 with a 7.2 second T21.

to make you drool, if we workout a Master Rifle /Master Marksman (or +5 speed tape) modifier, you get a "real" speed of .05.

same, shot, same t21, +95 rifle speed (.05)

7.2 x 1.75 x .05 = .63 (bumped up to the 1 second speed cap.).

for more fun, do the calculation for strafe2

And as a result those +5 Rifle speed tapes sell for a small forture... I'd give my right arm for one... haha!

depends who's sellin it -

i got mine for 'cheap'. i had an abundance of krayt tissues from the days when they were a piece of cake to "solo" with a couple grauls. so i traded a tissue and 50k for a +5 rifle speed tape.

the other way to do it is to just find a tape that this person wants/needs and trade straight up.

Yeah... I wasn't Master back in those days but myself and a few guildies are trying to do the Trade thing now.. It's really the only viable option, I really don't want to spend millions of credits on one if I can help it.
