Rifleman Archive

It seems that no matter what planet I am on, I can't find another rifleman. Even on Corellia I have searched for others and I was the only one that showed up. I know there must be more of us than I am currently finding. Where are you all??????? I get almost no requests for RIfleman training, unlike the requests i get for the ranger skills (about 5 a day). I am interested inhaving some Rifleman only hunting parties, to see how badass we can be as a group.

I moonlight as a Rifleman on Flurry. Currently only 1101. Matter of fact, today is "Rifleman Grinding" day when I log on. I am a casual gamer, so I scratch off points very slowly on teh skills three hehehe. Currently about 2mos into Rifleman :/

There are lots of us all over the place. I am usually on Dant or Tat. Heman is usually on Tat, Lerg is all over the place, Vopn is all over the place, and I think Rue dropped all his Rifle to holo hunt. But there are plenty of us, just ask around .

Does the "search" menu check the whole planet fora profession or just up to a certain distance from your location? I don't know how many times it shows me as the only rifleman on Dantooine or Correlia.

Actually an all rifleman hunting team would get spanked pretty bad against some of the big stuff unless they had a RM/CH or RM/TK to tank for them. We're also 100% useless against most of the night sister elders (100% energy/cold/stun, lets see... yup thats all we do). Honestly while we are super powerful, we're not the end-all of PvP (esp 1:1)or PvE, however as a part of a team we can be VERY effective. I have noticed that you need to have a very good understanding of the class and the combat systemto be effective, which unfortunately so few people do.

I jsut want to see how high a group of say, 5 - 7 rifleman(or more)could go. I can't imagine a mob lasting to long with mind bleeds and 5+ rifleman spamming headshot3. I think it would be very interesing to see the results. Ifwe get spanked,then at least we can say we tried. (maybe more fuel for profession changes???)

I'm an TKM that has just started the rifleman tree, and I'm having a blast!

PS: I will most likely be Overt, being covert is just too... boring.
