A T-21 or Jawa? If my opponent has a 12-20% resist on Stun, what weapon should I use?

Short answer is Jawa. Here's why:

T-21 is AP3 thereby giving you an automatic 50% petetration bonus on the AP1 composite armor. So assume the armor is 80% energy and 10% stun (an average from what I've seen for good PvP armor).

AP1 and 80% = 105% energy resist vs. an AP0 weapon.

AP1 and 10% = 35% stun vs. an AP0 weapon.

T-21 dmg vs. comp = AP3 + energy = 50% gets past AP1 of armor vs. 80% resist = only 30% actual energy resisted by armor and rifle's doing 70% of posted dmg.

Jawa dmg vs. comp= AP1 + stun = 0% gets past AP1 of armor vs. 10% resist = 10% actual stun resisted by armor and rifle's doing 90% of posted dmg.

Now, since I'm at work and dont have the num's for my T-21 or Jawa, you'll have to see if 70% of your T-21 DPS is greater than 90% of your Jawa rifle DPS. If it is, use the T-21.

That's just one way to figure it and if you dont like math, wait for another post. sorry.
