Thread: HAM Cost and Specials

Does anyone know if there are enhancements outside of Powerups, Buffs...that help reduce HAM cost? Some sort of Skill Tape or other option?

Not that I have seen.. Looks like the majority of the really rare Loot Drops have extremely low HAM costs. I've yet to find a loot dropped weapon I can use though.. hehe!

one option would be getting hold of some nightsister shards and taking them to an armour smith, he then can make a helmet with roughly 15 less HAM enc. not much, but every little bit counts
