3 identical 30 damage -0.3 speed

jawa ion rifle and laser rifle is out of the question, but is it even useful to put these low of tissues into a laser rifle or jawa?

my other choices are...E11 or DLT20a....I can get 4 DLT20a's and 4 E11's, or all E11's, or what not, just wondering if these tissues are even worth it?
