I have just become a novice Rifleman and after much searching found a t21 rifle. Now I am hitting alot more consistantly but don't get those larg numbers for damage unless I over charge the rifle. I don't want to overcharg because the price I have had to pay due to the rifles becoming so scarce.

Anyone have any Ideas?

work your skills up, get flushingshot2 and headshot3 (you'll need food/drugs to spam this) - and at master when you get the +90 rifle speed, you won't think it is so lowly anymore.

That or a 32% wound power up on a T21 with stock sliced for damage to bring the wound chance up to almost 50%. If you don't take them out you'll leave them with scars to remember you by.

Well little grasshopper it all depends. If you are leveling, go with a low ham fast laser. You don't have to worry about mitigation against critters so its ok. Once master your rifle always depends on what you are fighting. Examine them and see what they are vul to or have the lowest res. to. Everything seems vul to stun these days so even a 150-225 Jawa could be devestating when trying to level. Just keep a lot of stuff handy, and be mindful of the range modifiers. Its not point and shoot, just keep your bearings.

save it till you master. T21 really only shines at master level.

get a good jawa, its a life saver. only use non overcharge specials
