I finally hit master rifleman last week after 6 months of semi-casual gaming. Now my next question is, what is the best way to make money now?

I've been taking baz nich missions, popping a muon, strafing the lair, hopping on the swoop, hitting next lair, grabbing 2 more missions, and repeating. Most of the time I'm able to get all 4 missions in before, my downer hits. So, ideally it comes out to about 40k in just over 10min.

I'm pretty happy doing this, but was just curious as to what everyone else is doing?

Sounds like you have it down pretty well. As far as the Muon....I've been drug free for about a month now. Ryshake (sp?) seems to do the trick just as well. It increases my focus by +481 for about 5 min. Since I have my focus set at 1000 before it, once I eat some my Mind costs drop to nearly 0, i can spam Strafe till my heart's content without even getting a downer. Just a thought...

My Primary source of income. Hide/meat/bone sales.

Explore a planet with some high oq/ high pe avian/herb meat. get a crate of moun, grab missions if you want and have some fun.

I sold 3k of 3 shift ago Rori avian oq 950 pe 803 for 120k. not the largest amount but it helps.

Go to dantooine, and get the 26k tribe'sman missions. With headshot III you should be able to kill them before they get to you. Then just do what you are already doing, Zoom, murder, Zoom, Murder, more missions...

High Quality resources can get you alot & grind resources in bulk will give you a steady income.

If you have extra lots you may want to look into heavy duty harvestors, also you can save up T21 resources with high Conductivity and Overall Quality Stats(Get good custom T21's then).
