I've been hearing talk about soloing dragons and I just want to know what techinques we can use to actually do it. Any thoughts?

ummm let's not go there. we don't wanna get hit with the nerf bat, now do we?

im not gonna say it cant be done now.....post patch krayts are a hell of alot of shots.....and not worth the shot to solo one.....it can be done....but you'd have to have some pretty nice accuracy mods....since....you dont wanna be missing at it.....but its better to do it in a group...and faster.....

the cheesy way is master swords master rifle + house +doctor increases +muon gold + shield generator +full composite.

find a spawn of a krayt lure it to a open house slap all four mind bleeds while the stat increases shield gen armour and drugs save your life then run in the house. repeat as needed.


my way:
speeder bike + gurreck + mind bleeds

bleed the krayt and shoot headshot3 till gurreck is low on health jump on the bike and call the gurreck back and keep out of range of the krayt till he forgets about you. heal the gurreck and repeat till you or the dragon dies. the hard part with this is the dragon will often de-spawn mid fight.

Yup, the despawn is a major bummer. Juvies are still no prob, they go down just like they did pre-patch, they just take a little longer. I use a light armor 60$ kinetic resist pet to tank while I apply stacked mind bleeds, then I just run in, heal the pet, wait for the bleeds to run dry and repeat.

The problem with juvies is that they are usually accompanied by a canyon.....but I have found an interesting techniquethat im sure alot of others are using. I send in the pet on the juvie and usually if the canyon is near by he will aggro the pet and/or the other juvie...if thats the case right off the bat ur all set, just call the pet back and u can beat on either dragon until one dies. The other way is to call the pet while ur running and have the juvie follow the pet.....at this point I can usually drag the juvie into the canyon's path and they will aggro each other, again call back ur pet and beat on either of the dragons. I usually take out the juvie and wait until its down and the canyon is out of the way to go loot. The problem being is my luck with looting juvies just plain sux lately unless the loot on juvies has been nerfed. The other day I killed 12 juvies and 3 canyons using my methods and I got 8 10% segs and 4 scales....off of 15 dragons....talk about bad luck

esy i soloed 6 so fare of the new ones lol

then agen it ant that esy

first find a spawn of 2 krayts

then take about 15 + deaths geting them to fight

then after there fighting sit back and just enjoy the show and hope some nooby steal killers dont come along

becous at the end if you do it right one will kill the othere and have hardly any life left so you can kill him and loot the othere so you get 2 loots all to your shelf

Stack mindshots on krayt . jump on bike ride away until bleed is over. Repeat as often as needed. Prob. at least 5x.

it takes forever trust me and it usually despawns before ya can finish it off so just go with a group.

get a freind to spam knockdown and go to town, i keep my 60% kinetic be pet and a speederbike out for safety. Takes 20 minutes at best
