Are these babies bugged or something? Would be nice to have a 0m ideal range rifle lol!

Bugged! They give you Rifle XP though... they've got great wounds, but their damage sucks. (Although if they made them "Electricity" damage and gave them to us, I wouldn't complain)

I have an Ideal 0m rifle.. The Pre-Nerf t21 though

You need to be able to ride and control a Gundam to get a Beam Rifle cretificate.

This has been talked about a few times on the Weapon Smith Forums, For what i gather, there is no cert for it. So every one is certified for it. As far as the idea that its a commando weapon, well its not, if just looks like a hvy Acid rifle that is. It comes up on our (Weapon Smiths) data pads as a form of rifle, not a hvy weapon or any thing like that as every commando weapon from from flamers to acid rifles and even LLC's. So, either way its a rilfler's gun, once i have the reasources to make a nice one im going to give it a shoot, because ive never been able to find one.

This is a commando weapon. Its under the heavy weapons tree. (ex-master commando here). I have a couple crates of this babies left over. They were pretty sweet, shot pretty fast at master and much much cheaper than rocket launchers.

Sadly Kane you are likely thinking of the *Heavy Particle beam Cannon*Which is a limits use item, the question here is about a*Beam Rifle*, which is unlimited use, there is only 2 Commando weapons that are unlimited use, the Flamer thrower andthe Hvy Acid Rifle.(Ex-Commando, Now: Master Weapon Smith and Rifleman)

and yes it is a commando wep way way back when none of are certs worked we were cert for it and the har

see in beta we had the beam rifle ensted of the har thats why they look the same

what commandos are praying for is that itgets same stats as the LLC but ap2 and blast dam and becoms the main wep of the commando some thing for us to use that works besides the flamer

aye the beam rifle is commando weapon.

frankly, the only thing good going for it is the 0 accuracy, but its stats are not better than a tusken rifle.

it was supposed to be like the HAR, only a different damage type. I still hope they re-cert it for commando.

come to think of it, didnt they screw the har at the same time they removed the beam rifle cert? hmmm....
