I have a 410 damage 5.6 speed jawa ion cannon and i love that thing. It shoots so fast and does awesome damage to any oppenent in pvp. On top of that, the HAM costs are near nothing. If you dont have one, i would highly suggest you get one and try it out.

and in PVE do you know of a single opponent that has a resistance to stun?

My Jawa Ion has slightly better stats. With a powerup I think I'm over 550 and I know I'm below 5.0 speed.

I find it pales to my T21, but I'm a real damage feind. Perhaps I need to give it another shot.

Pound for pound I don't think that HAM costs are that much better. I have done as much as 8200 damage with my T21. The Jawa isn't nearly as high and although the HAM costs are lower, it's firing a lot faster at a much lower damage rate and chewing up a lot of HAM. Again,I need to pull mine out again and compare now that I have finished my stat migration and am really starting to understand the finer points of rifleman.

Friends often ask me why I don't use a rifleman's dizzy knockdown on raids. Why? Because I can kill a buffed TKA with armor on in 5-6 shots durring a riad, that's why. Now in a duel, I would play a different game, but I don't duel so it's T21 all day for me.

For PVE they were great against Kimo's because they were vulnerable to stun. Since the Dec. patch they have a 65% resistance to stun. So with some of the revamping of the game they have lost a little use for me, but for PVP watch out.

Many high level mobs (including Kimogilas) are vulnerable to stun. This means you get to bypass all that nasty armor and resists and do your base damage directly. Doesn't make a huge difference on the easier stuff, but on the harder mobs, that vulnerability goes a long way (dropping a pack of pre-patch Grauls in under 30 seconds anyone?).

PvP - Composite is vulnerable to stun. Bye bye uber-helmets!

dudes stop giving all the secrets out about rifleman and the weapons. pretty everyone and their mother, sister, grandmother, and friends will be a rifleman.
