Where can a Rifleman Gain the most experience?
Ex. What creatures, planets, areas, weapons?
I'd recommend Dantooine. Pickets, bols, hurtons and the occasional voritor got me leveled. Pickets are nice because they don't DB or poison (neither do bols). You'll need a group or pet - depending on your rifleman level.

Group with your pet or bot and take savage quenker missions. they show at around 6800-6999 creditson the terminals for me. They have around 4k-4.4k hams are agro but don't db. Grouped with pet i get 3926 exp per a kill. So far they have come in two's two to start, two after the first two shots on lair, and then two more after the next five shots on lair. They have not bled me, poisoned me, or diseased me. The only problemIhave with them, is they like to move around while im prone spamming conceal shot on them.
The lair is worth anywhere from 2.9k to 4.5 k and you an either harvest meat or hide. i get 42 wild meat per a harvest off them.
One last point: sometimes right before the lair blows a ravaging quenker i think it is called with a 9k ham will pop out. I hit him with warning shot and then continue with finishing the lair.
I findI get more exp over time killing these guys than i do killing pickets.
I would do headshot 2 on them if i would have goten a decent damage slice on on t21. So far its been 14 spd from slicer, 13 damage froma slicer, and 19 speed from master smuggler.

if you're imperial, there is a great rebel base for xp on Yavin, in the SE quadrant. 4 patrols you can take out, with additioinal rebel commandos and generals at the entrance. GREAT for xp.
also, i recommend quenkers. about 4 conceal shots takes them down for 2k xp (that should be much more, but i was a 4/4/3/4 rifleman when i started doing this)

Actually Taking out Rebel NPCs at PC bases is a great way to get xp...
