For my seconed holo it said master rilfeman, so i want to know what are good stats for a T21 rifle

well there like 5 mil but 1k dmge and 7 speed i have a seen a 1800 dmge

I think for non-uber T21s something like 121-356 dmg with 7.5 speed and 68 mind cost (because, really, who cares about health or action - haha)

On Gorath that is a good gun but affordable -

Im building mine at 130-355, spd 7.2 now here on Ahazi. Using one with a 36% damage slice....performance is not too shabby on that

It completely relies on the server. Some are barely into 300 dmg T21's. Mine is 451 dmg sliced.

if your on my server i make them 7.1 spd 131-358 dmg unlsiced.
