Thread: How often do you get called an exploiter?
do all of you get alot of this also? surprises me how many people still aren't aware of the perks of being a rifleman.
I play on Ahazi,
Master Rifle, 4,2,4,0 Ranger, the rest is a medic
My sole purpose in life it to gather hides for my First character who is an Armorsmith
WhileNaboo the other day I happened across an Albatros, It had takensome damage and when i saw it, it was fighting with NPC's ... I managed to take it out ... i tracked and noticed a second one in the area ...
This one was fresh and undamaged .. I got into position and started conceal shot on it .. Then two other players jumped in .. one was a bounty hunter the other was using a hammer? (not sure what class)
They started screaming for me to back off that i was kill stealing them etc etc ..
(bear in mind it was undamaged and not in combat when i started shooing at it)
Deciding that concealshot was pointless i stacked 2 mind bleeds on it and proceded to spam HS2 ... it agroed on me .. incaped me once ... then death blowed me after the second incap ...
From the cloing center i hoped on my speederbike and went back and finished it off... AND it my surprise i got to loot it!
Then for the next two hours i was called all sorts of things form an exploiter to a flat out liar besides the profanity ... they said they reported me to the csr's etc .. i tried to explain to then that i could solo krayts etc ... they thought that was a laughable joke..
*shrugs* it seems that if you beat some people, the assume you have to cheat to do it .. i guess it doesnt say a lot for them..
my only question is why i didnt put them on ignore sooner. 
only time i was called exploiter/cheater was outside the dark trooper/surface marshal base on naboo, where I TEF attacked an imp killing marshals
sometimes I got the exploiter send after ranged db, but when explaining this to them most of them stayed ignorant 
it's sad when this happens, but nothing you can really do about it.
what I really find funny is trashtalk, I've started to collect all sorts of screenshots from people threatening me and calling me names
Hehe, it cracked me up the other day when I was at the force caves and started concealing on a force crystal hunter. Dudes there were calling me "moron...you're gonna pull him and get us killed..." I really don't think people understand us much. Oh well /shrug
As for the sniper shot=exploit? Laughable.

Just last night I was raiding AH with some friends and I would just buff my health and pop a muon when I got there, I would kill about 4 people, clone in Bestine declare and do it again. I got a lot of people saying I was exploiting. especially when I DBed people on the run. I hate it when I miss sniper shot though
It's hilarious when people call you an exploiter for using a move that's completely worthless in the actual PVP damage hitting. I mean come on...did they expect you not to DB them at some point? Golly gee willakers it takes mere seconds to run up from 64m to db someone, and heck you can even be in combat with another person, db an incapped, and start backing away. To me we only do it more efficiently and help clean up a messy battlefield 
You'll usually find that the people that yell exploit are the exploiters themselves. They'll take any real exploit and use it time and again with no remorse. Heaven forbid you actually beat them while they're doing it too, because you must be cheating.
To sniper shot /toast
last night I was waiting outside coronet as overt rebel (im master commando, tka 4.0.0.4, rifleman 4.3.0.4)...
see 4 red dots suddenly pop in front of the starport.
hit my macro that fires flurry2 twice and then supressionfire1 twice. I had my jawa ion equipped (really, why use anything else in pvp?).
in no time I had 3 of the 4 kneeling (1 even went prone haha) and dizzied, when they reacted those 3 flopped over the 4th ran to a side.
fired a rocket at the 3 kd'd and flopping ones, all 3 incap'd, sniper shot all 3 while the forth began to shoot at me, he was a doc since he healed himself to full after an HPBC shot nearly killed him (he wore full comp)
hit my other macro, stacked mind shots on him and headshot2'd him down.
Funniest of all is i was wearing only a bone armor and a PSG I had bought for the heck of it.

Last night, although I didn't get the exploiter call, some dude was piping off on theed about being un- beatable in duels. I saw he was buffed and on mind drugs and had his fencer tag up. I said I'd duel him for fun (PvP is not usually my thing). Well he wanted me to melee - of which I have no skills - so he finally decided he try me out because he'd never fought a MS. I was using a T21 (powerup was 33dmg 16 mind) and wearing a composite chest plate with a little muon in my veins. mind2 and about 4 head 3's took him out. I had over 1/2 of my action and health still intact.
He got up and bowed and said "I'm going to the cantina to heal my mind and pride now" HEHE

too many times, guy constantly says im exploiting buy using sniper shot before hes dead

The guy using a hammer was a swordsman.
Yeah I know the "swords"man best weapon is a hammer.

I get it just in PVP, period. I'm a 2-2-3-2 rifleman and not ashamed of kiting TKMs. All too often I run across people who stack tons of buffs, and pad their action/health pools at the expense of mind (I've seen it as low as 400)... all the while thinking that their adv composite is going to save them. One flushingshot2 and a headshot3 later with the jawa, and they're crying "exploit". I've also angered a lot of people in the Krayt Graveyard before the Krayt buff. A T21 with headshot2/3will do far more damage than commando if the speed is up... and when groups can't loot the corpse because they didn't do a vast majority of the damage, they tend to cry foul.
