Thread: Can you really shoot once a second with a T-21?

As you increase your speed mods your firing gets faster. I have Master Rifleman and Master Marksman, I can fire all specials at 1sec. except for Strafe2 which is somewhere around 1.25 sec. with my T21. All my other rifles(that I actually use) I can fire all specials at 1 sec.

Depends on the T21 and its slice and powerup. With a 7.5 or so delay gun with just master rifleman you'll shoot at about 2.5sec for strafe 2, likezeritul said, add master marksman to that and its about 1.25. Throw some rifle speed tapes on top of that (like +2 or +3) and you can shoot pretty much anything at the 1 sec cap. For PvP tho you can spam the jawa ion with pretty much any special with just MRM and MM, which goes thru most composite like butter
