Smugglers only get any crap from me if its below 15%. hehe Im sure most are happy with anything over 30% on damage or speed... Unless its speed is 1.0 to start with that is.

Sweet lord in heaven.

Against an unarmored target with no energy resists, you'd be doing 10k+ damage per shot in PvE, easily.

yeah, i think in the case of that gun a 30% speed slice has upped its damage output significantly, its now pretty close to the 1 second mark for a master spamming specials. of course if they put in a 2 - 3 second cap its gonna make any speed sliced rifleman weapon a total waste of a weapon.

Why would you want a powerup on that thing? You wouldnt want to burn up that gun.

visions of diablo2 trade channel keep popping in my mind. but hey ill give ya 25SOJ....

i dont have a problem with high end weapon components being loot or a limited use uber schematic that requires odball components that can create these sorts of weapons but they DEFINATELY shouldnt just drop whole cloth off of a NPC/monster. make them fall just harkens back to holocron camping. or have we forgotten so soon about that.

yeah cause guns like this fall so often. youre entire server could camp ft. tusken for 3 months and NEVER see a gun like this or even close.99.99% of all loot is useless crap. i honestly wouldn't complain about it.

it would be nice if there was a 1 use schematic quest to make the gun... with the same rarity these drops normally have.... but really... comparing loot to diablo? that's an impossible leap.
