The criteria seems to be having a registered date around Sept 10th (either the 10th or before) and at least 100 posts.

Yeah it has to start date plus 100 post, still not sure whether online time factors in.

ok, finally managed to track down the post from garva vaguely mentioning about obtaining veteran status on the boards. You have to scroll down to that post
