20 min is a gj. I have tried this before too on an elder..... The elder was 390K HAM Heavy armor with 100% in everything cept blast, restraint and energy i believe. And for those 3 it was 25%. It took me 25 min to kill the nightsister with conceal shot and by the time she was almost dead i had her 100% heavy armor down to about 50% resists. And that 25% down to about 12 resist. Very doable only problem was the elders i fight are usually next to a protector or 2. So i had to run and loot and hope i could do that before i got slain. Which i did die and get slain. darn thing only had 2k for loot.

I suppose it could be possible then, like I said, I'm no conceal shot expert.
Although I still think it would go faster with a bleed and run tactic, with obviously more risk.
