No, there appears to be no -- or very little -- XP given out for damage taken away by bleeds. Using mindshot and letting the target's mind bleed out and then finishing it off gives much less XP than just spamming out headshot.

Which makes bleeders kind fo useless, unless you are a hunter way in over your head and use bleed-and-run tactics to run the target dry for a final knock-out headshot. In which case the deathless-bleed change makes your life harder as you must move in to engage the target again which may be amongst pack-mates.
