oh and this image has a um dammage pup on it sorry ,but asuph stats are right without pup as above,and if your wondering where i got it lol ...Tuskens 
was speed 9.6 got sliced last night by a master buddy (crossed fingers) 34% speed luckily

too bad your not a rifleman (not certified), i dont think youd ever sell it. That gun would make you absolutely unstoppable in pvp, wouldnt even need muon gold to use it.God atleast untill it ran out of condition or got a failed repair. 20 millions seems about right for an asking initial bid...
only thing bad about it is the horrible accuracy, which makes a huge difference on defense stacked opponenets.

Here are your two options
1). Sell it to soem lucky **edit** for a bare minimum of 20 million (rifles this godly are hard to come by)
2). Pick up rifleman and blow the **edit** out of people in pvp.

one more option is to leave it in your house and taunt riflemen with it by saying "LOOK WHAT I HAVE!!! LOOK WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE!!! I BET YOU WANT IT!!!!!"
