Thread: Can a Master Riflemen/Master Marksmen shoot the uberly slow T21 every 1 second WITH SPECIALS?

with just master in marksman and rifleman youll shoot most of the specials a 1 second. But if I remember right straff 2 will be about 1.4 seconds.
Then again I have speed attachments.

9.2 Speed T21?? Man who ever made those must have used some slightly sub-par materials. Even my Adv. Stocked T21s (only made 1-2 for testing) hit a 7.9 speed with my normal ones hitting like 7.0-7.3 speed.

It' s called a pre- nerf... much better than what you have.

u dont even need master marksman...... what u need that for.
i only have a +6 and +6 tapes so :-/

The answer is pretty much yes. You can fire everything other than strafe shot2 at 1/sec. Depending on the speed of your rifle, you may even be able to fire strafe shot2 at 1/sec. If you throw rifle speed tapes for your clothing, you can definitely take it down to 1/sec.
This all assumes that the rebuilding of the combat system doesn't cap us at firing once per 3 seconds. Although I haven't been following this very closely over the last couple months.
