Even with my rifleman title, 9 times out of ten when I use ranged DB they either say "EXPLOIT" or "**edit** YOU GHOSTED"

I'll probably display my title a little once i get it but like many people I want to keep the soldier title up cuz it rocks...

I was thinking.... I wonder if people ever look at us and say... "what profession is that?" since our master title is Master Sharpshooter and not Master Rifleman

Heh, I don't use any title at all on my second master, on my first Iused to use Master Sharpshooter then Soldier and after that Gunner. Exploration badges plus FS chasing has made my badge list far too long to tell at a glance what profession I am if you don't know what a Jawa looks like.

I have my Hunter title up when I'm huting criters and the rest of the time it's Soldier.

I think hiding your Master title does give u advantage in PvP, since they know that they can still kick yah butt if someone melee you. But now with the badges, the smart ones will always know u r a Master cause unless you are grinding holo profs for Rifle, no one in their right mind would drop their Master Rifleman cause it just took tooooo much work. I know I will never drop it.

I keep my Homemaker title up at all times.

Trust me, it makes for a REAL surprise...

Titles, I only put on when I need AP..

Why would I want anyone to know about 1 segement of my Character? Just like a few Master BH's I know go running around with "Novice Scout"... Slowing your progress by not showing... give me a break, If they can't tell by the Weapon in your hands.. (If you let them get that close) That's their problem..

I honestly think titles are kind of dumb.. Would you really want to run around with a Sign over your head or Big badge on that say's, "Hi! I'm ______ and I'm a Master Rifleman." You want to know what my character's all about? Get to know him.

Just like a TKA that was running around with Novice Medic on got a friend of mine.. though soon as he saw me turn at him with my T21 in my hands he turned and tried to run towards cover.. Tooo Late..

The only time I have a weapon in my hands is in combat..

With Hunter title and Spam from Badges in my Profile, I always equip my e11 rifle. Its harder to visually say crap thats a rifleman. when compared to the laser/t21/jawa line up.

Sad part is its pretty much my guild tag that gives it away, people don't forget ranged db's as easiely as they would normal db's

Yeah this new badge think has thrown a kink in the way I hide my title. I am thinking about just taking 2 days of playing and getting all of the exploration badges so I would have so many someone couldn't tell at a quick glance what profession I have. As for the weapon you are holding, I keep a scout blaster equipped when going on raids until I am ready to start shooting then just hotkey my rifle.
