Just wondering why you just don't pay a doctor to buff you. Im thinking of going MRM, TKM or MCH after I finish all my holo professions. My stats are 1000/1100/900 and I always rely on Doc buffs. I was thinking of going MRM, MWS so I can build my own T21 to my own specification. But really I can just rely on a Weaponsmith to build me one. This is a MMORPG so we need to rely on other people. Other docs buff you, other weaponsmiths build your weapons, smugglers make your muon and slice your weapon, If you just want to be a self sufficient Rifleman then go ahead but me personally I feel it unnessesarry to be a Doctor just for buffs when you can just pay a doctor for buffs.

Well, I dun think you will be able to find a Doctor everytime you need buff. Example: there are cases when you got killed and lost the buff and the doctor that buffed you has logged.

If you're having stats like 400/400/400, 400/400/400 and 900/1100/1000 (Health, Action and Mind), you will need buff everytime b4 you start hunting or PvP. What if you can't find a doctor around to buff you?

I totally agree, if you dont have a doctor around to buff you when you need it then you are outta luck. And I do take that chance. Same goes for your gun. Say your weaponsmith quits. You will have to find another weaponsmith. We do have to make choices. For me its easy cause one of my close friends isa doctor who can buff me. Most of the time I dont bother him because I can usually find a doctor in either coronet, theed or bestine.

Hey everyone,

im a TKM/DOC thinking of going master rifleman/doc and my question is this.....

Being a doc i can buff my self and all but how fast do my mind drain out when im a master rifleman doing PvP?

My stats gonna be (Humen)

400 400 400

400 400 400

1100 800 1100or 1100 950 950

To bad the mind stats of humans are bugged and are to be fixed. They are suppose to be like 1000/600/600 tops. Not totally sure on the primary stat but the secondaries are suppose to be 600. TH commented on that in these boards, think it was in the rifle boards to be exact.

So, enjoy it while you have it. It'll go away some day.

If you want to pvp against cms, especially in grp pvp, this would be the most effective template. I would like to see more of this build.

I'm a master doc who'se done carbineer and riflemen both. the problem with doc + riflemen is you are only using 1 of your pools...mind mind mind. with carbineer you are using the attributes you can buff and have medium armor piercing.

Now that defences don't stack rifleman / doc is the best template around IMO.

I have been a Master Rifleman / Master Doctor with explore 1 ( +20 terrain negot.) for quite some time. I do great in both PvP and PvE. My mind stats are maxed for human with 750 health and action. Then my sub stats are 400 for each. But since I am MD I keep myself well buffed at all times I will be fighting.

I have thought about that too. But the main difference is, most Rifleman special move did mind damage which is hard to heal. And most Rifleman/Doctor will shifted their 6 stats to Mind/Willpower/Focus. With Cabineer/Doctor or Pistoleer/Doctor, I don't think you want to shift all your 6 stats to the Mind/Willpower/Focus as their special move used Action or Health.

Can you please reference the thread this was in?

In regards to *needing* to be master doc, you can purchase enhancemend d's from a master doc and use them on yourself. you don't need to be master to use them, just to make them

Hmm.. I'd think Rifleman/CM would be better. Don't you need to move to 7m from whomever you're healing?

This is a great template, mostly the rifleman part. While leveling up to doc, my migration had already finished but was not able to find buffs every time. Even with 400's in health and action and 1000's on mind, and no armor (did however use a PSG--Energy 52% and the rest 11%), I was still killing at least 4x-5x the amount I was dying in PvP, no joke.

Defences dont stack anymore? So master rifleman and fencer would not do any good?

Amazing, Rifle/Doc is just plain amazing. I kill most stuf before it gets to me, and the rest i kill soon after.
