Jawa's take 3 tissues while E11's take 1
So...if you only had 1 exceptional/legendary, an E11 is the way to go.

With the new Stun Armor I'm seeing the E-11 is probably the better long term investment for legendary Krayt tissue.
AP 2 will give you a 25% damage bonus and if the fix the PSG people who have the best armor will have 70% stun resistance only 15% less then the best energy resistance(85%).
Also if they make the AP/AR system work the way they want it to work an AP 2 or 3 weapon will be alot more effective than an AP 1 weapon and Doctors will be the God template in every case.
