I don't remember the HAM costs, but I just got my T21 last night, 160-440 damage and 7.5 speed. As far as I know thats good for Sunrunner.

I'll usually use my Laser Rifle more often just because it has the fastest speed (3.9) and highest damage rate (600+). Had my T21 sliced from a 7.9 to 5.4 but i'll agree with everyone else, I always can't count on my laser rifle to give me the full damage I need. I can always count on my T21 to deliver the initial shot.

For PVP I use a T21 (230-711 @ 9.6 after 29% dmg slice and 33% p-up.) Nothing beats dropping someone with one headshot

In PVE I switch off between my T21 (193-591 @ 7.5 after 25% dmg slice and 33% p-up) and my E11 rifle.

Personally, I dont have my use for the Jawa Ion...unless its uber enhanced.
