Yeah.. the prepatch mostly have a better damage range but unfortunately, i wasn't smart before and I didnt load up on them so I only owned 1 T21 and that got a lousy speed slice. To this day though, I just use it for up close, pretty nifty range mods

dont know about pre nerf stuff, but ive purchased t21's on intrepid tih 7-8 speed that re new


i did see a guy selling some with speed12
