I've got some nice attachments off named NPCs ... haven't found any GOODrifle speed tho

the named wookie near the gungan secret place, the imperial inquisitor in the GCW compound on naboo while in rebel hands

then again some nightsisters drop tapes, I also found some in the boxes at the nightsister / mountain clan battlefield

sealed boxes in caves sometimes contain skill tapes.

Next I'll try NPCs who have their own little cave like Nyax on Corellia or those others on Rori
