Mind you, I have no intention of pursuing Commando at this time. I'm quite happy with Rifleman.

Man thats bad, I know you like both ranger and rifleman.

I have a friend who is doing commando for a holocron and he said he will still be able to keep master rifle. So it is possible I guess.

for any of you REAL rifleman out there - i suggest purchasing a second game/account to try and grind a FS without sacrificing your hard earned Rifleman toon.

i would have an extremely hard time surrendering my rifle skills even for a FS... man, that'd be a sadistic choice to have to make.

The only thing that forces you to sacrifice Master Shapshooter is Master BH. It's just that some people like their secondary professions too and have a hard decision on wich to drop.

If my Holo grind asks me to do BH I will drop to 0-0-3-4 Sharpshooter and master BH, It should'nt be too bad Mastering Sharpshooter now that I know the tricks.

BTW look at the rifleman holo Thread if you want holos, I have an updated list of what I got there.

not really sadistic. what is sadistic is being told to master BH. being a former BH that is the one skill set that is beyound painful to master.

Sorry if this is moving a little off topic, but I was curious as to what happens to your Holocron after you use it. Does it dissapear from your inventory, or does it just look slightly different so that you know if one's been used or not?

I'm not really interested in grinding out a FSCS, I just want to use the Holo for display purposes... but curiosity is gnawing at me, and I kinda want to see what it would ask me to master ._.

That's my situation as well. I am not interested in a FSCS. I am not interested in playing a Jedi. I am not interested in holo grinding.

But I confess that, due to sheer, overwhelming nosiness, I'm curious as to what it would take.

it poofs and displays a message telling you what path to go down on the road to jedi. mine told me to master bio engineer which for the last few days i had been contemplating seriously in doing anyway.

if there are no more to master from the holo it "remains silent" and does not poof.

all it really did was just make up my mind for me to pursure BE heh. maybe i will go on to just finish up the holo thing and have done with it since i will have to drop rifle anyway

Mine said to pursue Master Ranger..... /shrug

Not a bad profession at all, mind you; they definitely have some cool abilities I wouldn't mind playing around with, but it's just not something I want to disrupt my current template for. Maybe someday....
