Thread: Can a Master Riflemen/Master Marksmen shoot the uberly slow T21 every 1 second WITH SPECIALS?

would a 7.5 speed T21 be able to shoot 1 every one second with specials if you had master marksmen/riflemen?

well, from what i know and experience, i shoot every rifle a shot each sec. even for a t21

you can get 100% speed reduction if you have master marksman and +5 in attachments, so yes.

No. 1 shot every 1.3 seconds. You'd need another +2 (+97 total) speed to hit the 1.0s cap (+96 speed would yield 1.1s).

i have +102 rifle speed atm with my 9.2 t21 i hit 1.0 speed

so a master rifleman/marksmen can shoot strafeshot2 every one second?

You are wasting 2 points of rifle speed 
The way speed is calculated, 100 speed will always, I repeat ALWAYS hit speed cap. Yes even if the weapon has a speed of 100.
Eaca has a nice post of this explaining how speed works, and what speed weapon will hit the cap with speed mods from 90 to 100.

uber been around for along while. uberly slow wouldnt be a oxymoron it means extreeeaamly slow uber just an intesifier well at least what ive hear it is.

just a follow on to this uber thing.
Uber in german directly translates to super. the ub3r l33tz of the online world have adopted it.
