Thread: Trainers are in game
Good luck, everyone.
Plinka,
This might have been answered, but I didnt see it... Does XP start as soon as y ou place the town center and put your name on the terminal for mayor? Ie, if you vote for yourself, then 2 others vote for you, do you have 200xp (or 300xp if yours counts) right away? This doesnt take a week to calculate does it?
Thanks
OK... so I'm confused. Euro servers came up by 8am this morning, with the player city patch in place. And all the other servers are still offline as of 10:30am EST?
How does that happen?
European servers are newer: databases are smaller and easier to update.
Those melons add up folks!

Everyone will be at 0 XP for 7 days. It doesn't take a week to calculate, but votes only "count" on election day. So you can't vote, have someone else take over your residence and vote again, etc. Only the declared owner of the house on election day (or election second, more likely) will count.
ARGH...I'm at work. only 7 more hours to go until I become a Politician!
WOO HOO
Plinka,
Wanted to take a min and compliment you on the fine job you are doing. The docs here for the Poli are some of the best I have read from any profession.
That said, any inside information on when they might begin loading the U.S. servers?
Thanks,
Quite simply, because it's a novice profession, it has no other skill pre-requisites other than apprentice XP
While the trainers may be there, don't be surprised if the servers are down for a while today. They found a few servere game breaking bugs on the first few US servers they brought up so they're keeping the rest down until they can push out a hotfix it seems.
