As my new town's mayor, I got an e-mail that said that "those people who own houses inside the city limits will join the citizenry the next time they log in"

I've has several people log in and try this and I still only see one citizen. Me.

What am I missing?

CeeGee how in the ^$%&*() did you get a City Hall in already? Dang man.

"Which did you like better? 'Jedi' or "The Empire Strikes Back?"
"Jedi"
"Blasphemy!"
"'Empire' had the better ending. I mean, Luke gets his hand cut off, find out Vader's his father, Han gets frozen and taken away by Boba Fett. It ends on such a down note. I mean, that's what life is, a series of down endings. All 'Jedi' had was a bunch of Muppets."

They need to go into their houses and use their structure management terminals to redeclare residency. This willcause them to be listed as citizens.

Brain: It was tough but I got a city hall down on Naboo within 15 minutes of Kettemoor coming up.

Crimson: Thanks, that worked perfectly. That was the part missing in the e-mail.
