We have about 20 houses in our settlement currently (all placed before our city hall went down.) Our politician placed the City hall amidst those 20houses. Why don't the owners of thehouses that were placed before the city halll was placed, show up on the residents list?

They should get a message saying that they will now be taxed since they are part of the city. Or maybe you have to redeclare you residence. Hopefully you can do this. Just a thought. I dont not have access to the game right now and am very bored at work =P Hence the trolling the boards
