How does a city, epecially large ones, mantain its identity and goalsif its mayors have week long terms. The lack of consistency will make things harder in the long run. Hence why we don't have week long mayors in rl.

Votes carry over from previous weeks, so I assume mayors will remain in office for longer periods of time. For most cities anyway.
