Thread: Can some tell me if I understand this correctly

Okay, I just want to know if I understand this correctly. For all of the structures, such as shuttleport, policitians can either have the skill for them OR a number of citizens. They dont have to have the skill if they have enough citizens. Is this correct?

Incorrect. Both the politician must have the skillto place the deed and the settlement must have the rank to accept it.
