Input is appreciated.

Hope she doesn't read the forums ...

... and yes, I believe they can, though it does not keep you from voting.

In one week you've had someone try to rule with an iron fist? People take this game too seriously.

As a joke, I /warned a friend, also a resident. We did not fight but he was locked out of his house for 5 minutes. Before you ask, will /warn keep people from their homes?! No not directly, but any TEF will... bwahaha. Oh the pain.

This could be bad but I have faith in our residents...see i'm making every resident a militia member. I figure we will take a week to /ban & /warn each other till it's no longer funny. Then the next week our shuttle gets installed and I suspect we will act like mature townsfolk.

Honestly if the guy wants to run his city that way why can't he. thre is no Jabb class of player in this game. I run my city as if it was run by a hutt. But then again i paid for just about every structure, provided the resource to have it built, have worked my butt off from day 1 of this game to get to where i am now and if someone in my city was going to do this i would most certainly make it undesireable for them to live there.

Who is they? Is the city run by 1 person of your guild leaders? The mayor has the power to /citypardon people, so you wouldnt get very far with that method until after the mayor and any militia supporters were removed from power. Remember, control of the city is determined by Votes of its residence. Some possible results you should prepare for.

1. Treasury Looted - Yep, they can take money from the treasury

2. City Hall Destroyed - The mayor does have the power to destroy city hall

3. Removal from guild or Guild Disbands - Guild leaders can disband the guild or remove you

Not sure of what else they can do if they don't like what your trying to do. But, these seam to be the worse case results.

I understand the desire to run a city the way you want, but telling me that:

i can not place a vendor in my house,
and i can nothave a merchant tent to place a vendor,
if i am to have a vendor, it MUST be in the city, in the pre-designated 'vendor building',
and i can not have a vendor outside the city (where the hell does he get off telling me this one?),
and i can nothave my name on my house (only my address)
and i can not remove him from the admin list,
and i can not have anything but a small house,
and i can not place my own house,
and i can not ride my mount in the city
and i can not have another house for storage (since i'm stuck with a small)
and thenexpecing me to paytaxes.

These are not exagerations, these are actual rules. I'm not the only one who's not happy with this, just wanted to get some info about what we have to expect just before he's voted out.

The reason i ask, is that i am currently planning an offensive on my city's current mayor (not going to run myself, just spearhead an initiative to impeach them... They run this city more like Nazi Germany than SWG). They are however the type of person that would just kick me out of the guild, and /ban me from the city if they found out about it.

Input is appreciated.
