Our city has 22 people....it just upgraded, but our mayor has no XP whatsoever...has this happened to anyone or is it just us?

Our guild, online at this servers on the beginning, at foundet, one week ago,a italian Rebel player city "ROMA" on the planet "Lok" server "Bloodfind" whit for now 30 declared resident.
Our Politician Profession PG> Mayorit is "Tio" a famous Wayponsmit
We are shure, voted and confirmed our vote.. to Mayor "Tio"
BUT AT END WEEK OUR MAYOR AT NO XP POINT AT ALL !!!!!!!
We ope this is a bug you can solve in the next day..
