Now that my city is level two, and hopefully soon to be level three, we have the option of having mission terminals. With level three comes trainers.
Since we are paying a weekly charge for these terminals and trainers, I would like a way to monitor how often they are being used. Maybe a status option on the city management terminal that tells me how many missions were run, and how many of those missions were successful (for each terminal). For the trainers, same thing except it tells me how many times each trainer has actually trained someone.
This will let me know which rarely or never used mission terminals and trainers I can destroy as a cost saving measure.

Also, can we tax mission terminals to help support their use? and where does all the cash go from people using the trainers? can some of those finances go into the city treasury as well? I'd like to be a mecca of training for advanced professions, but I don't want it to be that "free" of a service.
