So you can't move in and run againstexisting Mayor because you either will not have the skills or members of the city will turn on you because the Mayors don't want people running against them. This makes no sense the tittle should be changed to City Manager at the very least. Why should a novice politician have to form his complete own city just to survive? What happens when a long standing Mayor of a city decides he doesn't want to play anymore and leaves?

Interesting how fast Star Wars has abandoned its plan to cater to the casual player over the "powergamer" or as SOE has adopted the term "Achiever".
