How does one do it? It seems like no matter where I go, no one is in need of training. Are there any skills which are easy to gain which seem to be particularly in need? Or any place I should go to?

Scout xp is really easy to get, my guild used scout xp for me and i trained in hunting 1, (a really easy skill to get) at max scout xp 1 person can give 600ap

Appr Exp is broken. If you didn't create a character early on you are in trouble..

Entertainer bands are real easy to get xp out of.

RESOLUTE - Marksman (Master) / Dancer (Ex-Master) / Musician (Ex-Master) / Image Designer (Ex-Master)
AOKI Talhorn - Artisan (Master) / Tailor (Master) / Merchant (Master)
PAYNE - Entertainer (Master) / Dancer (Master) / Musician (Tech 4) / Image Designer (Master)

Yes I do have 3 accounts - And the game isn't even released here.

I actually sell training . . . not as in I pay people, but I let people pay me. I have over 55,000 combat XP that I'm not using for any skills, so I let people train me in Ranged Support I over and over again. Essentially, for the price of a decent weapon, someone can get all of their AP for a skill in about 40 minutes.
