What happens when I destroy City Hall... will it destroy all structures once in it..... or will they stay but city be dissolved.... also can a person have 2 city halls

Not sure about your first question.

But I read that you cannot place a City Hall within the Current City limits of another City Hall.

all civic structures can be redeeded EXCEPT city hall. if you don't want it go for it. i'm sure the structures in the city will be there but you won't have a city anymore. 2 city halls don't know, doubt it.
