Thread: Added Structures, But Not Citizens?

When our city radius expanded, I got emails for every house in the new limits. However, Only two of these structures actually had the accompanying email saying new citizen. All houses already had declared residences. Did I miss something?

They have to walk into their houses to become citizens.

From the FAQ stickied above


Q: There were already 10 or more houses here. Why doesn't my City Management Terminal doesn't show them as citizens?
A: If there are prior houses with declared residents in them, those people will have to log in and enter their house before being counted as citizens. If they have not already declared residency then they will need to do so from their House Management Terminal.
