get the resident of the house in there and youll be fine, was freaked out about this too until i read the mayor email, all declared residences must enter the house in the first 24 hours for them to be counted (might as well vote too

Try again Gron. I have the same problem as descibed and it is bugged. I've been in and out of my house a dozen times today. accessed the structure terminal and done many other things. This is a bug nothing we are doing is wrong.

Same issue here. I know I am right near the boundary as I did get the e-mail yet, the person who has a house next to me did not. I was able to update my residence in the house but upon going to town hall, I could not vote nor did my name show on the residence list.

Wow I guess I got lucky... I placed mine as close to the border as I felt comfortable with. I was much relieved when I got the second email. (I had just asked in guild how I know if I'm in the city, then I said nevermind a couple seconds later)

Inside my heart is breaking, my make-up may be flaking
But my smile still stays on
My soul is painted like the wings of butterflies
Fairytales of yesterday will grow but never die
I can fly - my friends
