Thread: How do I add citizens?

The /grantzoningrights command tells me I have to be the mayor, when I am the mayor. Is there any other way to add citizens, or for them to add themselves?


Please help me out.

If they have a house and declare residence in it. Just lift the zoning rights requirnment for now I guess.
