This needs to be changed, IMO. There area few of us who want to decorate the place, and our mayor isn't very competent when it comes to decoration... indoors at least. I would really like for the Mayor to be able to add admins.

Just to let you know, we were able to do a /transferstructure with the City Hall and it essencially tranfered the building to the second person, and he was then able to place items in the building. The mayor stayed mayor, but lost the ability to place anything in the City Hall. Of course, both people were Politicians since we were sort of scared what might happen if one of them was not

Hmm I'm having the same problem, as I'm incompetent as a decorator. I wonder what will happen if I try transferstructure...might not be worth it.
