Plinka posted in a similar thread that this was by design...
I don't really see any check or balance in it... considering that all I have to do is grant the rights to someone have them plave and then transfer to me... It's really only one extra step..
Not dev bashing, but not well thought out... sorry devs

Militia members cannot /grantzoningrights to themselves. I'm not sure if this is intentional, but I"m not sure how it's helpful. Does anyone find this a useful check/balance, or should we add it to the bug list?

Personally, I think it's a good check/balance, but hey, that's just me.
