Thread: Grant Zoning Rights not working
I know this should be sent in a /bug, but first I want to ask if any other cities can't administer zoning rights?
We have 34, and should be up in the 40s, but haven't been able to give out zoning rights the last few days. We are worried that we won't upgrade in time/ get enough xp, and basically take us out of the running as setting up one of the first strong player cities on our server.
If anyone know what is wrong, please inform me. Both our mayor and every member of the militiaare not being allowed to /grantzoningrights... "You must be the mayor or the member of the city militia to grant zoning rights" or something along those lines is the error message.

I had that problem one day also of not being able to grant zoning rights, and that was when I was inside City Hall. When myself and the person I was giving the rights to went outside it worked.

one way around it is to temporarily lift zoning for the few frineds to plant their houses as soon as the house is dropped raise zoning again. we had this same bug where neither myself nor the malitia were allowed to grant zoaning rights outside of the city hall yety within city limits.
