I tried placing a scout terminal and nothing happened. I tried 3 times total, never got one. The regular terminal worked fine.

Now my structure status shows 3 scout terminals placed and we're getting charged for them, but they aren't there. What's up??

same thing happend to me yesterday. i sent in a report, i also noted that it was a scout terminal.

Well hopefully they'll respond better to this service ticket than the one where I lost a PA hall and they wouldn't replace it

Same problem here.

Scout Terminals and Artisan Terminals seem to be "invisible".

They count on the structure status, they cost us money, but they are not there.

I contacted a CSR in regards to this happening to me. I placed a normal mission term on one side of our PA steps and then tried to place a scout one on the other side and it did not appear. The CSR said it was under the steps and retrieved it for me. So I figured I was to close to the steps and backed up and over and tried again and what do ya know it fell into the steps again. So no scout term there instead it is in this nice little cluster of trees we have outside the PA and it looks rather well there

Hmm.. so the terminal was there, but it fell through the steps? Interesting. Maybe I'll put it in front of our new cantina.

hmm ok so 4 days now and still no response from my CSR ticket to remove the 3 explorer terminals that are 'invisible' I was really hoping to place another mission terminal... or atleast not get charged for the extra terminals that are not usable.

Well that doesn't bode well for us. Maybe I'll have more people in my city file service tickets. I can imagine them seeing 35 tickets for the same problem.

It certainly seems true that they are falling through the city hall. I was able to place one on the ground outside and it works fine.

Is there a way to target nearby objects other than clicking? I know there is a keyboard combo you can use to ycle through nearby corpses or previous targets or something like that...

I think the only solution is just to wait for a CSR. I dropped 4 terminals right through the stairs right after the election and filed a ticket right away. A few days later and a CSR showed up to get them back out. Seems all the terminals fall through except the general mission ones.

if the building they are lost in is redeedable redeed it and you'll see the terms... they are falling through the floor to ground level.... read the other posts please

Yeah, thanks. If you read the post two ahead of yours, you'd see we're talking about city hall, which is not redeedable.
