I am the new mayor, so basically "incumbant". Do people have to go to voting terminal and vote for me if no one else is running or are their votes automatically towards me? And thus I get XP that way without anyone physcially going out to vote...

no they don't have to vote... any nonvoting citizen defaults to a vote for the incumbent mayor

You get EXP for every vote you get. All votes are registered once a week and at the point you will receive EXP based on your total # of votes.

Thank you and I was just too busy to search. I already new incumbant but not a new mayor elected if eveyone's votes automatically voted for him anyways thank you no more need responding to this.
